Biography
Anton Boltachka is a Scientific Assistant in the research team of Prof. Elliott Ash. As a Fulbright Grantee, Anton completed an M.A. program in Applied Economics at the American University in Washington, DC. After the completion of the program, he worked at the World Bank as a short-term consultant. Previously, he held a position as a leading specialist in the Research Department of the National Bank of Belarus, as well as various positions at think tanks and research centers.
Research Interests
Anton’s research interests lie primarily in the intersection of development economics, applied microeconomics, and political economy of Eastern Europe and the former Soviet republics.
